Chronicle: Chameleon

After almost ten years, Chronicle still remains one of Michael B Jordan’s top films. Now that’s there’s talks about our MBJ doing his second sequel (BP2🤞🏽), am I the only one that wished for a Chronicle II? Chronicle first premiered in 2012, this sci-thriller directed by Josh Trank, officially captured my attention on Jordan. Yes, I know he had been appearing in films and tv since he was 10, but this film was the start of fandom for me.

Ok lets take a pause. I have a confession... I have not watch Fruitvale Station in full, which I KNOW is an top MBJ film as well and credit for his breakout role. But Chronicle showed us first, that he could lead and carry the film as well. Nevertheless I need justice for Steve Montgomery. Chronicle is now showing on HBO, which I recently rewatch and I have questions. What happened to Andrew's dad? Did he really die from the fall? Are Andrew and Steve really dead?!

Here's My theory

After the deaths of Andrew and Steve, Matt has kept a low profile, living in fear of being capture or killed he's constantly traveling and living abroad. During this time he's gain full control of his powers. Keeping Drew and Steve memories and promise alive, he's always documenting his explorations. Climbing mountains, diving into caves , island living and the usual bungie jumping.

Occasionally Matt suffers from migraines, which he suspects is an affect of the weather and climate change. Then one night a "shooting star" lit up the sky, which caused strange weather occurrences. Days later an tornado occurred nearby, there's loud lighting strikes. But right before taking cover, his nose starts to bleed and as he looks up he sees....
